GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REDUCTIONS:

. check-in: from 11.00(am);
. check-out: within 10.00 (am);
. children under 3 years old: free staying;
. children under 10 years old: reduction of 30%;

. Long periods (minimum 4 nights): reduction up to15-20% on the total of the  reservation; 
(every case will be valued according to the period and the kind of accomodation requested).

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

. to confirm the reservation it is necessary a payment of a deposit of 30% on the 
total amount (50% for reservation of one night);
. For last-minute reservation it is possible to confirm without any previous payment ;
. the balance will be paid on arrival (preferably in cash. Credit cards are not accepted).
